Update: Just had an awesome chest session. I finally hit a weight that I've wanted for a while, but thought I'd never get. :) It was the right day, I was feeling great, my elbow felt strong, and even though my tris are still a bit sore from yesterday, I went for it and got it!:D I'll tell you, that made the rest of my workout FUN. I was on an emotional high and felt like an animal. We finished dropsetting on incline and decline BB, then some flies and finally burned out with flat DB presses. My chest is STILL on fire. LOL I was so jacked up, that even the 2-sets-of-arms-everyday-and-that's-it wannabes didn't get on my nerves. LOL[:o)]

I weighed before lifting, and am still up only 16lbs.:mad: I know it's because I am not eating enough. I still get 250-300grams pf protein a day, but mainly from shakes. I am going to really try and stuff it down these last 3 weeks. I want to see atleast 25lbs before starting pct!
 
Hat, I'm sure you've heard this before but try and get as many of your nutrients from real foods before relying on shakes. I have 2 a day (morning, night) but my other 6-7 meals come from real food. Stay strong bro!
 
I feel ya on the shakes.....it gets hard trying to hit your cal number/protein sometimes when eating food. Food is the better way though...when my test really kicked in I couldnt stop eating though lol
 
hatman, what is your max on barbell flat bench now? and what was it b4 cycle? and good job on the progress thus far.
 
Ok guys, only time for a quick one tonight. I just pinned, and the last few times I've pinned my glute, it bleeds like crazy...??? :confused: I mean, vascularity is one thing, but what the hell? [:o)] I am aspirating, and everything is fine. Back to ventro-gluteal! No problems there. Be back tomorrow with a real update. Later guys....

Sorry, but I am not ok with gaining 2 - 3% body fat per month, which is what that article says. Also, I don't agree with what they have to say about saturated fat. Thanks anyway.
 
Ok, I've been away for a while... A lot going on in my life these days...lol

I am now into my ninth week, and have never felt so strong. It took a lot longer for the strength gains to come, which puzzled me a bit, but they are definitely here now. This last weekend I saw a buddy that I only see maybe once a week, and he is just SURE that I'm on "the juice". [:o)] I read in another thread that it's funny how we want to get as big and strong as we can as quick as possible, but when people notice and question us, we have to act "offended" that they think we are on.

So I should have 3 injections left, but the 1st vial was a little short of 10ml, and if the same is true for the 2nd, then I'll probably only have 2 left.

So I've got a couple questions....

1) Exactly how many days after my last injection(test cyp) should I start the clomid?

2) Should I continue the adex all the way through pct? (0.5mg EOD)
 
Ok guys. It's been a while.... Somehow I managed to tear my left rhomboid. Doing shrugs and rolling my shoulders.... felt it pop. I thought I just pulled it really bad, but it's torn. I'm no stranger to pain, but HOLY SHIT.... I hope you guys never rip one. I think I tried to go to heavy too fast. Doc says it's a one in a million tear. Not much consolation... It's amazing how much that little muscle affects everything you do. Finished out the test, and will start pct in about 5 days... THIS SUCKS! Anyway..... hope you all are doing well.....
 
That sucks man! Were you at the end of your cycle anyway or did you have to cut it short?

My shoulders always scare me especially since I separated one in a bike crash years ago. Always straight up with my shrugs.
