Hatman's 1st Cycle Log

Well, I did have an awesome workout saturday. Heavy chest with a couple buddies. Everything felt really good with my elbow, until the very end. I wanted to really burn out on some incline DB flies and when I went to pick them up, (neutral grip) and raise them like in a hammer curl, pain shot up the outside of my upper arm like FIRE. But stubborn as I am, I just went a little lighter, and worked through it. I paid for it the rest of the weekend. I am forcing myself to take another day off lifting. I was able to get to bed early last night, so I did cardio & abs this am before work, but I HATE not being in the gym on mondays. I'm pissing and moaning here so just bear with me. It's pretty frustrating. I did alot of work to get ready for this cycle, and I do NOT like having to take these days off. Feels like I am missing my window..... I WILL be back at it tomorrow. I am going to try an OTC anti-inflammatory. Anybody that has used them before and found one that worked for them???

Just did my 10th injection. The 1st vial must have been just under 10ml, because I had to get into a new vial to get the full cc. Anyway, I iced my elbow all night, and it feels a little stiff, but not as sore. Back/bis/abs tonight.....

damn man, that sux..i think i may be running into the same thing here before too long....damn UG labs stuff.....they oughta show some proffessionalism..

Real quick... Had a good workout last night. The elbow is not as sore as it was. I will continue to ice it post-wo. Slacked off on the cardio last night. It's hot as Hades here and I have a very long, hot workday and I was SHOT after lifting. Excuses excuses...lol It's very hard for me to eat in the damn heat too. Back at it hard tonight no matter the temp today...

Had a slow day at work today, so I took some vacation time and went to the gym early. Had a pretty good chest/tris workout. Elbow got a little sore toward the end, but nothing like it has been. I will be going with DB only for a while, and icing every night. That seems to be helping. Also, I've been super setting skull crushers and incline flies before going heavy. Seems to help acheive some great inner pec pumps. Even with the elbow, I am seeing VERY nice improvements in my inner, upper chest, which is where I had really been lacking. Hunger really hits when I get out of the oppressive heat of work.. I have been a little constipated. My buddy says it could be because of the glutamine.... Is this true?

One more quick question to anybody that is following here... I've had a few periods where my heart seems to be racing. It usually occurs while I am at work, and I almost always workout after. It has only started in the last 2 weeks, so I am wondering if it is a normal side, or if I need to pay special attention to it and maybe get it checked out.

How long does that last for?
I get the odd kind of strong beat feeling, that just lasts for like one heart beat and feels like adrenaline, occasionally.

It usually lasts for what seems like 15 minutes, but in reality is probably half that. The only thing that worries me, is that it seems to be occuring more frequently. And at times when adrenaline or excitedness couldn't be the cause....

On roids, you're like a locomotive with the steam pressure built way up. With all that extra power, it's natural to get some blood pressure increase occasionally (and so the pounding heart), but it's something to keep an eye on to make sure it does not become a condition.

Ok. Thanks Solo. I wouldn't call it a condition at all. It has been happening a little more frequently, maybe every couple of days, but it goes away quickly (5 minutes or so). Hey Solo, just curious if you got that pm I sent you a few days ago? No big deal... just wondering.

Ok, looks like the appetite is here to stay now. I spent the day doing yard work, and had to stop every couple of hours & eat. So much for the heat theory. Today was leg day, and before I started, I weighed myself, and am up 11 lbs. I wish I could say it is all lean muscle. I still feel bloated, but not near as bad as while on the dbol. Tomorrow will be 5 weeks to the day, and was thinking that I should be seeing more substantial gains than that in terms of weight. However, I am STILL burning fat, and that must make up for atleast part of the minimal weight gain. I fear that I may be over training, but I didn't think that would be much of an issue while on cycle. I can absolutely see an overall improvement in my body...(definition, fullness, and vascularity)... but I have to say, I really hope that the next 5 weeks are more productive.

Just got home from a seriously intense chest workout. My elbow has improved dramatically, and I was able to go heavy, and even went back to incline BB. I was pretty careful on the flies though. Had my partner hand me the DBs after I got situated. I would have to say that today was the most intense pump I've had in my chest for a long time. After we got the weight up as heavy as we wanted, we started pulling weight and going to failure, resting only long enough to change the weight. When I finished my burnout, my partner told me to hurry and look in the mirror. I'VE NEVER SEEN SO MANY VEINS. Obviously neither has he, atleast on me...:D Going to take my daughter fishing now, and then hit some cardio/abs. Really feeling good today. I'm very happy to be back close to %100 with the elbow...:)

Glad to hear about the elbow bro, sounds like your progressing rather nice.....where is your weight at right now?

I weighed after cardio yesterday, and was 240. I did have a shake before I weighed myself, so it may not be totally accurate. Also, when I do cardio in the gym, which I did yesterday, I am stopping every 1/2 mile and doing 50 pushups & 50 crunches (25/25/25/25), and drinking water like crazy, so it's possible some of the weight is water. It seems like my weight fluctuates a lot anyway, but I am consistantly 10-11 lbs up from where I started.

Time for an update. Yesterday I did my 12th injection, and all went smooth. Due to a changing work schedule, I have my schedule very turned around. I took a new position at work, where I'll be working fri, sat & sun, then having mon thru thurs off. This will give me plenty of time to lift heavy throughout the week, then focus on cardio and smaller muscle groups on the nights after work. I have only 4 1/2 weeks of test left, and don't know if I'll be getting any more, so I am really going to up the intensity of my training the next month and a half.

I just got home from an excellent shoulder/ab session, and weighed myself before I started. 239lbs. I was really hoping to pack on more weight than this, but I am STILL burning fat, so.....
Not that I'm not seeing results... I most definitely am. I haven't taken any measurements, but I am growing for sure. Just in the last week, I've had more comments and looks from people at the gym and friends and family.;) The appetite has arrived in full force(also in the last week or so). I wish I could say it's all been clean, but the last week or so, I've had a couple of "cheat days" while having my daughter here with me. Nothing to terrible, Some doritos here and there with a hotdog or cheese burger. LOL

All in all, I think I will be very happy with the outcome of this cycle. I was a bit worried about the dosing of my gear after reading some things about Geneza Test being underdosed, but with the overall results I am seeing, I would have to say that my gear is just fine. Just wish there was more of it...:(

getting looks and appetite...haha its working man! Weight isnt the enemy - bf% is! Dont sweat it, no pun intended.

good log here. i'm new to this forum and about the same age as you and am thinking of trying a short cycle. what would you reccomend for 1st?

Do some reading bro. I am new to the AAS world, and did a shitload of reading and research before jumping in. Also, post some stats if you want quality advice on a proper cycle READ THE STICKIES. There is enough info there to get anybody started. You are in the right forum for responsible, quality guidance, but you have to put forth some effort first.
