Have you felt a major difference in 3iu to 5iu? What did you notice and at what dose did you notice major difference in HGh?

Hi I have been on HGh for 5 months. I love it other the intense water retention. I have been on 3iu mainly and sometimes 4iu. I’m curious on anybody that went up to 5iu and what you experienced in comparison to lower doses? Did you get much better recovery? Or is it still jsut such a small amount that not a major difference I lower doses. I know a lot are at 6iu and above here. I’m just interested in that climb to 5iu and if it is even worth that jump from 3-4iu.

Any thoughts or experiences are appreciated. Thank you!
 
When you say 5iu is better….better as far as? What benefits do you think will be more pronounced at 5iu and above? Mainly muscle recovery?

Is this just a price/cost issue? If so, do as much as you can afford and tolerate. Find the minimal effective dose that works for your goals. This is a you thing.

Hmm. Ok. Understood. This is a good point. It is not a cost thing anymore. It was in the beginning. But now I guess I’m wanting to go up higher and see a lot of debate on the bro science.

As high as you can tolerate and by tolerate, something that doesn't wake you up at night and make you sleepy all day or makes you look like a water buffalo. This stuff is suppose to improve your performance, not shit on your lifetstyle

I have substantial more energy….I’m lifting heavier and more weight…with great pumps. My IGf1 went from 220 to 350 on HgH. My test went from 494 to 684. I only take Hgh and peptides. I feel great but have puffed up and lost my abs. I added strength and muscle but I want to be lean again. I’m on Tirz and started Metformin to help the Bg. I was considering increasing HGh in hopes to burn more fat. Ever tried anything for jsut the water retention and puffiness? I just received some aquazide and valsartan and hydrochlorothizide that ordered. I haven’t taken any those yet as I’m still trying to see if I should give more time or tweak dosing. Ever tried any of those?

But yes everything in life is better on HGh. I been on 4 months. Everything is great accept I puffed up into this power lifter kind of phsique…and really want to get ride of this water weight and puffiness; or the water retention any way I can.

Better everything. Sleep, recovery, growth, but Theresa fine line for me it’ll start to make me sleepy as fuck bro like I would fall asleep while driving a lot.
 
I tapered from 4iu to 6iu pretty quickly with no sides. The water retention is minimal, the fullness is fantastic, the fat loss is great. The sleep would probably be a lot better If not for tren, but I'm sure it's probably helping somewhat on that front.

I'd run 6iu if you can afford it. Ive even considered going to 8iu, but i think ill chill at 6iu for now, then get an igf1 test when i drop the tren just to gauge my response to 6iu

6iu is better than 3-4iu. If water retention is an issue then fix your diet, add cardio, drink more water to reduce retention, and you should be fine
 
At 5iu right now. Don’t do any other ped (no aas or other peptides).

Positives - I notice better pump in the gym, faster recovery, nicer skin, shinier hair, faster muscle gain, faster fat drop, better/harder boners, more endurance in general, decreased anxiety, decreased depression symptoms, general sense of wellbeing.

Negatives - I can be bloaty if my diet isn’t on lock. It fucks with my sleep so I have to be careful about shot timing. Occasionally drowsy cause I have to pin early so it doesn’t mess with my sleep.

I personally do 1 month (4 weeks) then double the dose. No issues.

No sides when slowly ramping up. No water retention, no swollen anything. QSC HGH is fantastic stuff.

I’m told that if sides show up, taper down to the last known best dose without sides, but so far, no sides! It’s not felt for me, it’s something you need to see, and measure.

Don’t see any need for any more than 10…

I get some sides but they're not bad around that dose (1 vial a day). With the exception of rare nerve pinches, I don't mind mild CTS. I use my hands for my job so if it was bad, I'd easily discontinue. (vet surgery)
