Just turned 48. Started Tesa/Ipa last summer, that got me to an igf-1 of 260-ish. Saw as high as 370 on Tesa/ipa alone. Switched to 2 IU’s of GH in late November, was still using Tesamorelin pre-fasted cardio… tested 1.5 weeks ago at 396. I dropped Tesamorelin completely.
Testing again this Friday, depending on results without Tesamorelin I will likely drop to 1.5/1.6 iu to get under 300.
Sides: carpal tunnel. Hand pain and hand stiffness… the pain went way almost completely after dropping Tesamorelin. The pain started only after adding in Tesamorelin.
I did see rapid visceral fat loss. Confirmed by 2 Dexa scans. Overall I had a large decrease in body fat and gains in muscle while eating in a deficit. New Dexa says 9.8% body fat.
I’m on 168mg of Testosterone, 3mg of Retatrutide, and was previously on mots-c and ss-31. That’s it.
In May I was 26/27% BF. I’m quite shocked by the results. The Dexa folks were as well. They kept looking at me in disbelief, asked how I got t BF that low.
I’m not a body builder by any stretch of the imagination. I was just overweight and trying to cut fat by gaining muscle, stayed very consistent with protein. etc… my lifting routine is quite lazy to be honest, but I am there every day.
A little freaked out by the igf-1, but I am dropping it to 1.8 immediately after my next test. Probably dropping more after results come in.
