Haven't heard from AnimalMass, anyone that can understands DFHT that can help me?

I see. I want to hear that. My friends talked about 3-4 minutes rest and so on...bullshit talking. It was strangely because why start 5x5 program with (example) let say 260 if the 5RM is 300lbs if you have LONG long rests between sets. Ok, I understand.

Obviously, your friends have never done the 5X5. You feel free to take 4 mins and use your 5RM for all sets and see what happens. ;)

All I was saying before was you either can do more work in less time or more weight in more time. In the end, both wil produce similar gains. So, which do you want to do? Get done faster or lift heavier weights for each set?

Just another question: What about doing bench press with 5x5, do I use powerlifting technique (body arc, elbows 45 away from body, latisimus include) or bodybuiilding (elbows 90 away from body, insulate chest) ?

well, since the DFHT is most decidedly not a BB workout...... and a 5x5 rep scheme is not either..... Remember that you can never truly isolate the chest anyway, you will always use triceps and some front delts. Biomechanically, I don't see how you can use lats....ever, but I could be wrong. It is true that you want to have a good base on your lats to press from if that is what you are thinking of? As far as angle of the arm, I'm not certain that anybody can press any appreciable weight with arms perfectly perpendicular to the body. I personally use th "PL" form, and reccomend you do the same.
