Having a baby on TRT

Hey guys, my fiancé and I would like to start a family. I’ve blasted and crusied for the last six or seven years, and I’m currently on TRT 150, which takes my test to 25 nmol (80% ish at the top range).

I’m willing to come off TRT if I need to, but I’d like to try to do it without, as we’re not in a rush. We planned to have a child in two years, but due to a recent family death and living for the now, we just feel like it might be the time to try, especially with potential issues due to TRT.

I’ve been taking hCG 1000iu 3 x a week for the last few months as I’m sick of having no balls, so that’s a good thing.

I’ve made a few silly posts on this forum and maybe ran into a few issues with people, but ultimately everyone on here is here to help each other and if people couldn’t just put everything to one side and help it would be much appreciated one human to another.

Can anyone just run by this ChatGPT plan and tell me if it can be improved or what else you could recommend?

(Age 38)

Thanks you

Probably not the best idea to rely on chatgpt for this sort of thing, going to a fertility doc would be advisable, but besides the hcg protocol isn't bad what I would do is switch clomid for enclomephine as it is just better all around, although more expensive, I doubt that's a problem for you though

Would it be best to drop the TRT? Or try with?

Man there's no black n white answer to this, it's very person dependent. There are guys who struggle to bring up their fertility markers without taking any gear while blasting FSH, LH, HMG etc and there are guys who make kids while blasting test, deca, tren etc. Consult a fertility expert and obviously run some sperm labs.

On Monday, I will get a blood test, book a sperm test and find a local urologist. I’m thinking something like this based on some successful pregnancy while on TRT.

I’m just not sure if I should try HMG from the off, but I guess it makes sense if wanting to stay on TRT. A 3 month supply is around $500. So, managble. Thanks China

This is what worked for me, my son is turning 8 months this month. Your results may vary.

Semen analysis to see where I am at
Drop the trt and any anabolics
X3/ week 750 Hcg from a compounding pharmacy
Vit D Zinc Copper
A lot of cardio and dark leafy greens

This protocol along with timing her ovulation, took 7 months

You didn’t use HMG?

Some bodybuilders still have kids on crazy cycles. I would start least invasive. Took me and my girls 6 months and thats years before I ever took anything.

I went to my doc since my wife and I were having trouble conceiving. We were going close to a year without her conceiving. He found out I had low test and low sperm count. He started me on trt. 4 weeks in feeling good, labs look good. He started me on HCG 500iu MWF. That's all it took. Balls grew. Estrogen must have been through the roof bc everything made me cry. Like 6 weeks later she was pregnant. Dropped the hcg. Balls shriveled up. Loads shrunk. Baby is now a year old. Awesome life changing doctor

Consider having a discussion with your endo or doc about Natesto for TRT

It appears to be the least suppressive to fertility while also keeping Test in the range you like

You can use that with hcg to increase chances of conception
