Hello my big friends!

The issue; I am using HCG for the FIRST TIME in my 10 years of BB'ing if you can believe it. However, I am worn out by the countless threads and articles regarding the use and administration of HCG. I have spent countless hours investigating the issue but everyone seems to be on one side of the fence or another. Some say 10,000 iu's a week, some say 500 iu's just three times? Some say for PCT only, other swear against this.

For the record;
Height : 5'10.5"
Weight : 235 lbs
BF : 11%
Total # of Cycles : 7

I need some solid advice on one issue; What is the most beneficial dosage amount/frequency/administration for my particular circumstance? I am NOT going to use the shit during PCT, I will use it now during my current cycle. I do NOT have testicular atrophy at all (I've never had a problem here), but I've been on for a while (20 weeks) and will be on for another 12-14 weeks and want to try to prevent it, just precautionary. I have a few amps (w/solution) Pregnyl (5,000 iu, 1,500 iu etc)

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Cheers!

Take 1000ius EOD for a few weeks near the end part of your cycel... NOT in PCT but about 2 or 4 weeks prior to comming off. You CAN use it now but will probably wanna drop some again near the end as well then.

Some good info to share compliments of Bigkarch:

..."The biggest culprits on progestrone is deca and tren. Eq to a certain point but generally, no. Not sure if you saw my post on progestrone, but bromo and t3 is the best way to combat it. You probably have to be very prone to it and/or take high dosages to get it. generally tren and deca wont cause a problem. I have taken a lot of it and never had a problem, but other people have. So, about 2.5 mg of bromo and/or about 25 mcg of t3 ED will take care of that problem. For the most part, if your body has an excess of testosterone, it can convert to estrogen. Each body is different, and how much is considered excess is different. Arimidex, femara, teslac is all you should need to combat excess estrogen. Our bodies, as being natural, has estrogen and is beneficial to some point. Personally, estrogen is estrogen. Progestrone is progestrone. Two different things. What you take depends on what you need to use to combat gyno. I think the whole thing about getting gyno is a bit over exagerated. I personally have natural gyno from my teenage years and I am predisposed to gyno. I have never had a problem with getting more gyno from my cyles even if I did not use anti e's. I may be different than you. And I will always advise on using anti'es to combat it. If this does not answer your questions let me know."

Thanks again Bro!
