Hcg helpppp!

Hey guys,

So I'm digging as I post this, I do not know a lot about hcg at all. I'll give you my break down and if anyone can enlighten me on how to add the hcg in i would appreciate it very much!

5'7 28 170

Testc500mg 10weeks,
Dbol 30mg 4 weeks
Adex .5eod
Pct clo50/50/50/50 nolv20/20/20/20

I just really want some opinions on when to start hcg what dosage should be good and that sort of thing..

Some guys run it from week one, some week three, some blast between end of cycle and PCT. There are so many opinions on this. You just have to research and make a decision.
