I'm on trt and have been taking hcg and hmg for 8 weeks - fsh has increased to 4.3 but lh is below 1 I do not understand that take 100mg test, 4500 hcg and 200 hmg per week. I want to get my wife pregnant

maybe what you lack is reading more. HCG is LH analogue not LH releaser. So it decreases the LH via negative feedbackloop while stimulating receptors related to LH. You want to measure HCG, do blood hcg test which is done for pregnant woman.

I say it’s not fake based on your lh. Your hmg is real since it has fsh in it and you are elevated. Hcg can still be fake. Where is it from?

I can’t tell you hcg is 100% based on your results but if it’s from qsc i am 99% sure.
