HCG Long term protocol?

Hey guys,
I was looking at research regarding using HCG during my cycle, mainly to stimulate the testes when I eventually cycle off. Now for long term use of 1 year, I read it's best to inject for like 12 weeks then take a break of 4-6 weeks then reintroduce it again to avoid desensitization. I do 250IUs 3x a week. sometimes up to 300ius. Don't plan on going higher until I'm approaching my pct. Wanted to ask the more experience users, how effective my approach is and if I'm missing something?

Approach summed up: 250-300IUs HCG 3x week, for 12 weeks then 4-6 week break and repeat.

Urologist suggested 1000 IU a week for TRT users to keep testicular function . I run it year round and have had no issues since adherence to the protocol.

I have been taking 500 IU's, 3x week and for over a year now with no problems. Wanted to have another baby. After that probably no more
