Hcg or not?

This is a question for SWALE im on HRT my doctor gave me Testogel(schering) its like Androgel,but here in Europe we have Testogel i use 50mg per day so i was thinking do i need HCG? because if i use Testogel for 1 year or more it is unavoidable the bodys own production will be supressed or at least a part of it right?
