If you have 5000 iu's of HCG, that would be 10 days worth if you take 500 iu's a day. If your syringe is only 100 iu, you need to get another syringe... Are you sure it's in iu's? That's one small syringe... Anyway, the usual dose I hear is 500 iu's a day.
