I have never done a cycle and I’m using HCG 1000UI only 3 injections. one injection every 10 days. I've already done the first one.

I'm using it to raise testosterone (370ng/ml) and increase the size of the balls because they are very small (9 and 11cc)

what do you think? can it work?

After that, i plan to use Sarm, maybe Ostarine or Ligandrol/Rad

It will definitely increase ball size but it will also suppress your body’s natural ability to produce testosterone after you stop it. Don’t take sarms their long term effects are unknown and they are experimental drugs.

Stick with regular anabolics that have been studied and has known side effects you can assess and treat

after these 3 injections of hcg you suggest to do what? clomid or directly testosterone?

My only worry is the size of the nuts. if I started from a normal size I wouldn't have this problem, but they are already tiny

So your goal is to increase ball size. Have you used steroids before? Is that the cause of the small testicles or are they just small naturally?

You’re not going to gain much muscle mass from taking clomid or Hcg.

Well taking steroids will help gain muscle mass but it will shrink your balls more. You can take Hcg on cycle to keep the size but I barely know anything about you except your ball size so I wouldn’t recommend it.

did the doctors suggest anything to increase the size? Hcg can increase them but idk if you’ll create more testosterone if they are bigger. Do you just want them bigger to look better? My balls are huge and my test is low so I don’t think size will affect it.

the doctor can't prescribe anything for the size. the rules in Italy are very stringent.
I'm taking hcg for aesthetics. I know there isn’t a strong correlation between size and testosterone production

I agree just get on trt. My levels are 400ng/dl and I’m getting on. My doc said he’ll bring me up to 800-1000ng/dl with test and Hcg

I did a Penile ultrasonography with Doppler.

I'm also thinking about TRT but shit I'm 24 years old.
