Hcg to solve 'low' natural test levels?

I am 28 years old. Diet, exercise, sleep and nutrition all pretty much dialed in but have struggled with a lot of the low test symptoms for nearly 10 years, I'm at 360 - Ng/dl, my lowest was 195.
All other markers are at a decent level also.

Im 6'1 with 22% bf currently, my bulk went a bit far, but will be getting that down to 10-12% by the end of summer.

I think the reason for the low test was probably me taking pro-hormones for a few months back when I was 19, but maybe that's just my natural levels?

I got prescribed tamoxifen for 4/5 years through my doctor because of high prolactin and E2 levels which caused gynocomastia. Which I had removed 2 years ago, privately.

Now I just want to see if I can get my levels to mid/high reference range without going on trt, would hcg at 500iu x 3 weekly, be the way to go?
And would this cause high e2 levels due to my current bf%? Or would enlco or something similar do the job.
I probably will go on trt in my mid 30's after having kids, but would rather try another route first.

TIA.

Sounds like you have some kind of issue with you hormones. The gyno tells me that. Everyone is contaminated in this world nowadays and it is tough to know how you were affected during development. Do you eat right and take vitamins? How is your testicle size? Are your E2 levels still high?

HCG does cause a lot of estrogen for me, and I don't have any estrogen issues. Enclomiphene would definitely be a better choice comparing the two. Im just finishing using 12.5mg per day. My recent blood test had levels over 900ng/dl. My starting was similar to yours.

The feels level is fine, but it isn't the same as trt level test dose. Lowish libido also.

My test levels were 400~500s natty and it wasn't enough to keep up with gym, work, and social life. I tried my best to raise my levels, by using herbs like tongkat ali, shijatil, boron, eating a lot of meat, eggs, raw milk.. .Nothing really worked, so I gave up and started pinning. Sometimes it's just aging and genetics, you gotta play with what you have.
