She didn't even do it right. Your not supposed to shoot the water directly onto the powder, damages it. You are supposed to shoot it on the sides of the vial and gently swirl. Bad form.

I thought that was just for gh.
I dont think hcg is quite as delicate.

Shiiit! I shot mine really slow and swirled it...but I didn't shoot the sides...I actually had no idea it would damage it...oh well hopefully if I didn't shoot it in the bottle too hard, it'll be fine.

Can someone please school me on HCG use for PCT? Do I take it right after my last injection of test or wait 3 weeks?

You'll wait for sure...based in the good Dr Scally, you'll wait approx 2 weeks for test enanthate/cypionate, and that's at about a 500mg/week dose. So, depends on dosing.
