I have asked myself the same question
What prevents sources from buying HCG powder and pouring it in vials, even if there's no sterile filtration or lyophilization for sterility.
Maybe the reason is that HCG ain't a DEA scheduled substance (although a few individual states have made it a controlled substance on their own) so there's plenty, affordable big pharma supply.
Probably there's little money to be made for sources
A top-brand, big-pharma 5000 IUs vial costs about $25 in Mexico and lasts 5 weeks at 1000 IU/week.
Cheap and effective.
Personally I'd pay say, $45 or $50 to have it shipped here

I think they extrapolate HCG dosages for milfs wanting to ovulate, to hypogonadal males.
