Greetings.
I recently picked up hcg from hucog that was already mixed. I would like to pin 125iu twice a week. My question is, HOW MUCH WATER SHOULD I MIX WITH THE PRE MIX HCG?

Its a small vial with a small amount of liquid. I need to remove liquid and add it to water in a sterile vial. Im just not sure on how much water. I read that I should add 9ml

Hard to tell from the pic. On first glance it looks like it’s only 1/4 full, but toward the top looks like bubbles, as if it’s full. Which is it?

I would venture to say it’s only had 1 cc of bac or sodium chloride put in, which means you need to add another 4 cc to make it 5000 iu. It appears that vial is big enough to take 4 more cc’s.

Never done it that way. From the clinic I used, it was only 5 total cc’s of bac water. But do it however you see fit bro.

If it’s 5000iu you’d want 4ml total including whatever is already in the vial, so if it’s .5ml I’d add 3.5ml bac water. This way it’s 125iu/0.1ml, which is exactly how much you’re trying to inject.

I hate to break it to you fellas but it's 5000IU's no matter what you add it to/ You could drop it into a bucket of water and it would still be 5000IU's. It's only the / you're changing.
If you add 4 more ml's then you will have 5000IU/5000ml. Or 1000IU/ml. So whatever you add do the math from there to get the individual dose you're after.

lol I don’t think anyone thought diluting hCG would some how magically increase the total content, the purpose is for easier dosing.

I’ve always found pining such a small amount difficult ( 0.1ml / 125iu) because even a small variance on your draw ( or what’s left in the needle ) has a bigger effect the dosage received.

I would always dilute down so my dose is 0.2ml ( so in this case 0.2ml /125ius ) so that effect is reduced by 50%

I think his bigger issue is keeping it diluted and stored for almost 5 months would seem to be stretching all the advice I’ve ever seen on storing reconstituted HCG but maybe other have a better understanding
