Seen a few posts about lowering HCT & HEMO.

My HCT and Hemo numbers 1 month apart ...

Tested 12/15/25
HCT - 51.3%
Hemo - 17.5 gm/dl

Tested 01/15/2025
HCT - 45%
Hemo - 15.3 gm/dl

Items added......
Telemsartan 20mg/day (for reduction)
Isotretinion 20mg/day (for anti-aging/skin)
Silymarin 250mg 2x/day (to bind up iorn)

Good news since I want to run EQ and Deca in the future, hopefully near.

Very interesting. Do you think you might have changed anything else that would affect your cardiovascular fitness level?

I was meaning to add back accutane and have started telmisartan recently not thinking about HCT. Already take milk thistle.
I’ll try to get bloodwork to see if this combo has any effect on me.

Diet and exercising same. Maybe less movement during the day unfortunately. Need to increase my treadmill time. Been super cold where im at. High of 15 degrees for.much of the time.

Water intake and electrolytes the same as well.

The first numbers ive been at for almost 2 years. Except when I donated blood at Red Cross.
