I've never played around with peptides, but I'm at my wit's end with my knees. After multiple visits to local doctors, over the course of years, no one has any clue what's going on. I've even visited a surgeon who works on a WC soccer team, specializing on knees specifically, and there is seemingly nothing wrong with my knees. However, they hurt so bad, I sometimes can't even walk off of a curb, without assistance.

If I do explosive training like wrestling, sprinting, or quick squats, I'm screwed for weeks. If I squat to parallel, I can get away with it for awhile, but I can't go heavy, or do it more than twice a week, without severe pain. There's an insanely loud crunching sound when I go just below parallel, but the doctors say there is no bone on bone contact.

They've recommended a scope, but I'm going to try the peptide route first. My only question is whether or not to include mk 677. It supposedly works synergistically with bpc 157, but I have concerns here. I'm already slightly hypoglycemic, and my last cycle of sustanon caused slight tachycardia. My dr said I should avoid anabolics in the future, because of the potential for tachycardia.

Reading about the effects of gh, it looks like cardiovascular issues are possible, at larger doses and prolonged use. However, a smaller dose of mk 677 seems to elicit primarily igf-1 increases, with minimal increases in gh.

What do you guys think? Is mk677 synergistic enough to include it? Or is it too risky because of the potential cardiovascular risk? The main thing I'm worried about with mk677 is my heart rate, but I really need to get my knees healed up, as they're dramatically effecting my quality of life.
