My f*** cancer cycle.

hows the response to everything been so far after such a hiatus?

Surprisingly great! It's like my body desperately wanted to stack muscle back fast. Honestly growing faster than i.did when I first started lifting right now, it's pretty cool. My.limiting factor is definitely calorie intake right now, my stomach still has catching up to do.

Hows the training changed with the new plan? hows the diet looking?
Less rest, shorter gym sessions, more targeted and isolation of muscle groups on specific days.

Like I said, I added in a light dose of delta-8 THC the last couple days to help appetite, and rounded it off with CBD, CBC, and CBG to kill any buzz from it. It's worked well, I haven't thrown up at least and have managed to hit 3.3kcal both days so far. I just took my dose for this morning for day 3.

I'm definitely leaning more towards raising the test/primo and dropping the anavar for the time being. Idk exactly why, I just feel like it's the better move for now.

3 weeks in. I'm absolutely mind blown with how fast my body is recomping. Between muscle memory and the gear, I'm growing quicker than I have at any other point. Natty newbie gains 13+ years ago or when I first started gear later on. I've put on about 14 pounds so far, which I know a lot is water, but have lost a significant amount of fat as well and look leaner. Still all the fullness and pumped muscles, but definitely leaner.

I'm still way smaller than I used to be, but I'm getting there, faster than I expected.

This is really fun tbh, haha.

Congrats bro welcome back!!!!

Congrats bro welcome back!!!!
Lol, appreciate it brother.

Going in for legs right now. Loaded up on some taurine to prevent calf pumps this go around.

I've got my protocol dialed in and plan on staying here the rest of the way, aside from dropping the var next week then resuming it the last 4.
400 test. 300 primo. 125:100 M, 150:100 W, 125:100F. 27mg var/day (was supposed to me 30mg/ml but tested shy at janoshik)

I got a kit of Mod GRF/Ipamorelin by mistake instead.of the mots c kit I ordered from QSC. Given the relatively low igf spike it causes vs other secretagogues and exo GH, I feel safe going ahead and just running it. It tested at 5.5 Mod GRF and 6.8mg Ipa per vial, gonna run it at 110 mod GRF and ~135 ipa 3x daily. Am, post workout, and bed. I don't expect much out of it but better sleep and recovery would be cool I guess.

I'm glad to see you back having a great time with it. I personally love the heavy/accessory powerlifting routine way better than the bodybuilder isolation split. Results are results though.

I've never heard of ostarine for connective tissue. I'm battling some tendonitis right now. How does it effect your connective tissue?

I read this yesterday, in a newspaper, and thought of you:

This being successful would be an incredible achievement, that could benefit many people who have been in your position.
Let's hope it proves to be effective and that it gets approved.

This is really cool!! The newer immunotherapies we're figuring out are stellar.

The drug trial I was on was for a drug that targeted telomerase overexpression, something that only happens in cancerous cells. It had incredibly few side effects, especially compared to chemo. I have solid hopes we'll see an actual cure for most cancers in the next 10 years.

Update:

Still going strong. Strength is increasing rapidly, especially with how weak my body was just a few months ago. I'm having to watch how much weight I'm moving up to, I'm starting to get tendon/joint issues from them not keeping up.

And shin pumps. To hell with shin pumps. I'm hitting the taurine pretty hard for them.

Aside from that, I'm still having some problems eating enough. I'm getting 3k calories a day, but it's uncomfortable most days. I got up to 194 fast from water weight at first from my body adjusting, and now that it's stripped back away I'm sitting at 188 and haven't moved for 8 days. I'm obviously leaning out a lot, but this is far more of a recomp than a lean bulk with my food limitations at the moment. The edibles worked alright at first, but they make me way too lazy to be a regular thing in order to eat enough food daily.

If I can end this cycle at a lean 200, or a shredded 195, I'll be happy enough. I feel like I've got to readjust my expectations though with diet limitations. Even Mod GRF/Ipamorelin isn't helping much.

I've continued to stock up on gear since getting back into things. And because of that i plan on bumping to 550 Test and 400 Primo after I finish the first 12ml vial of primo for the last 10 weeks.

I'm digging the Mod GRF/Ipa, my IGF is sitting at 268 ng/DL with it which is still in my safe range with the pre existing cancer issue, while still getting a solid 126 point bump from natural.

As far as ancillaries worth mentioning, I've added in Telmisartan at 40mg/day along with Citrus Bergamot, Nattokinase, Red Yeast Rice extract, and Grapefruit seed extract to address both Cholesterol and Hematocrit. I cannot donate blood because of the cancer drugs I was on, so hematocrit is an issue I have to keep an eye on.

I've also added in Cyanidin-3-Glucoside at 250mg/day for Nutrient Partitioning, and high dose Epicatechin at 1g/day for its effects of muscle recovery and potential Myostatin Inhibition. I also already take 750mg of Cocoavia Memory Plus Cacao Flavenols daily, of which something like 175mg is Epicatechin.

Will update with some commentary on those after a couple weeks to see any change.

Lastly, I have a DEXA scan scheduled for Friday, and I plan on getting another at the end of my cycle.

Also, Im debating heavily posting pictures. I've got very identifiable injuries and tattoos, and a professional/academic image and reputation to maintain.

If it was just tattoos, I'd blur them but I've got a relatively minor but very noticable amputation, and a whole bunch of other scars to boot, lol...

Maybe at the end of it all if I figure out a creative way to hide the obvious things.

How do you like Epicatechin?
