Health sups to support tren cycle

I didnt have hypo issues even with being on tirz.
Only real issue I had was sleep quality to the shitter.

My mood was even more relaxed on tren E.
Ahh. Yea it's individual. Lookup Zopiclone for sleep. That seems to be the favorite sleep med on here.

Going to run 600mg test c and 200mg tren E. Looking for a suggestion of health supplements to add to my protocol to mitigate bad lipids and elevated hematocrit.

As always thanks for the input gentlemen.
This is was I personally use on 600mg tren ace as a preventive and got my ldl below reference and improved my kidney beyond bassline, of course I tolerate differently but my lipids did improve on this stack:

TUDCA 1000mg
Beta-Sitosterol Plant Sterols
Electrolyte Powder Mix
Citrus Bergamot 1000 mg
Curcumin Elite Turmeric Extract
Red Yeast Rice
Multivitamin
Life Extension SAMe 800mg
KSM-66
Omega 3 Fish Oil
Astragalus Root 20:1 Extract 5000 mg
NAC 1000 mg
Magnesium Glycinate 400mg

I also use Telmisartan, Jardiance, and Eplerenone for cardiac protection and trying to mitigate LVH.

I covered almost every blood marker there is, except for thyroid which usually depends on ur stack; and direct CBC intervention as I don't face CBC issues and never searched for what helps, however as a mitigation some of my supps indirectly help.

This is just what I take, I don't suffer from BP or CBC issues. Only issue I have with this stack, cost adds up quickly but Idm, if I'm running gear I don't think twice about the cost supplements/labs, as if ur gonna abuse or blast gear you might as well be ready to spend some money to do it safer.

Do you use p5p for prolactin? Also, if I were to need caber, how long before that starts to work? I have some on stand by but I don’t want to take it unless I need it.

I never had prolactin issues. I'd say use P5P as a preventive.
If symptoms/bloodwork indicates, go for caber. It acts fast — within a day or two you’ll notice relief.

To add on the p5p, my research showed that p5p isn’t clinically proven as a reliable preventative for steroid-induced prolactin issues. It’s more of a “supportive” supplement and in a medical setting it was mild and the effect is inconsistent and modest. But it's a cheap safety precaution if you feel you need. Won't hurt. But if you have bloodwork that indicated elevated prolactin, caber is the gold standard.

Also I updated my supplementation, I removed Citrus Bergamot 1000 mg, Red Yeast Rice, Beta-Sitosterol Plant Sterols, Curcumin Elite Turmeric Extract.

The Curcumin was just I think it's really negligible here. And I realized I can replace the first 3 with 4mg Pitavastatin (a statin). It's great for LDL, and also proven to help HDL, so that would save me money and ultimately is more effective and offers more help.

Hope I helped :)

In one study they gave a single dose of 300 micrograms of Caber to hyperprolactinemic patients. A reduction in prolactin began within 3 hours and 2-5 days later a 49.2% to 55.2% reduction was observed.

Good to hear, I’ve been tapering my tren dose up and I went from being incredibly horny all the time to not really horny at all, and definitely not getting all the spontaneous erections lol. So i definitely think it’s that. Going to add P5p and if that doesn’t work I’ll start caber. Is there a recommended dosing protocol for it? And is it something I take the remainder that I’m on tren, or once I get it under control stop and take P5p again?

You did! Like I just said in the other post I’ve been tapering my tren dose up and went from being insanely horny and spontaneously erections to basically the opposite :( so I’m going to try P5p for a week or two and if not I guess I’ll add caber in

First I would get labs. Get your prolactin levels checked. I believe that lab comes back fast. I wouldn’t take Caber unless I really needed to. If needed .25-.50mg a day for a few days will quickly lower your prolactin. Caber is not a drug I’d make a part of my cycle just so I could continue using Tren. I’d lower my Tren dose or quit until I got my labs looking better.

Yeah, that sounds like textbook prolactin creeping up from the Tren dose increase. But for me personally the spontaneous erections did fade away as I continued with tren and my prolactin and e2 were perfect. Actually overall I started getting way less hornier the more I used anabolics, every new dose I get the sudden erections that never go away then slowly tapers down, ofc it’s very individual but that’s my dumbass reaction to it.

Always base your conclusion on labs before using caber, I would say try to get bloodwork on your prolactin, then start P5P if you want. I’d suggest running the bloodwork before taking any supplements to get an accurate estimate of your prolactin levels.

After pulling bloodwork, you can start using P5P if you want. To my knowledge I would start at 100 - 200mg/day of P5P. Some say it’s kinda more optimal to split the doses but idgaf about splitting doses, too much work for me.

I’d also suggest pulling bloodwork after implementing your cycle support, cuz tanking your prolactin will lead you the same sides.

In case your lab results indicates you got high prolactin, after a 7-10 days of implementing either caber/P5P you can try retesting your prolactin, by the 7-10 day mark specifically for caber that’s enough to see a difference in my experience.
