I had elevations in both BP and HR from TRT. These were among the sides I experienced that caused me to stop. . . . not permanently, though. I am planning to give it another go within a month or two.

The elevations weren't enough to be dangerous . . . just bothersome. BP increased to 140's/80's from ~110/70's. Resting HR increased to low 70's from mid-50's.

Initially, I was on both TRT and thyroid replacement, and I did have palpitations. When I dropped the thyroid hormone, I didn't have any more palpitations. Dropping the thryoid didn't produce any improvement in BP or HR.

Phreezer .. I asked a question about heart palps a while back and i remember you saying you had them. .. I used to get them about 10 or more years ago and they would come when i would make sudden moves .. i remember one time when i was playing tennis .. i was already playing for some time that day so my heart rate was up and i was sweating but i was in great shape at the time .. well i would make a sudden move like turning to hit the ball and my heart would speed up very fast and go nonstop for about 2-3 min. I just timed it because i remember exactly how fast because i still get them but not too often now .. it would beat about 160 BPM i could feel it in my chest and throat and even see it in my chest but then it would just slow to normal just like that ... I wasn't on AAS at that time in the past that i remember them but about 2 cycles ago .. maybe 1 year ago i had them alot like i did in the past. I can say i get them now MAYBE once every 6 weeks but sometimes not for a while longer. Sometimes when i get them i will just be sitting somewhere and it will happen. My bloodwork has always been fine and most of the time i got my bloodpressure taken, the person taking it would ask if i was a runner but that just runs in my family,so i'm sure it's not a BP problem. Although i'm sure when it happens my BP may be a little high.

thanks for the replies guys...

Manwhore I appreciate your answer my man..

Not sure why the Good doc isn't answering this question.. it's actually about HRT and not about steroid usage...
