heat sterilizing question

will heating T-enanth ( the final solution that is ... ) @ 275 for 30min ruin the test molecule ?? does it even need to be heat treated after filtering thur a .45 filter ??

true, the BA and filtration with whatman will sterilized your gear if done properly.
Baking at 15 minutes at 250 degrees will do fine just in case. I've been doing it this way and none of my buddies or myself ever had any problem
