Hi guys I have been training for last one year with no results,even on a high protein diet.
All I gained was estrogenic fat.
Gaining fat was understandable because I was on high calorie diet,but I am devastated that I could not gain any muscle along with the fat.
Yes I mean it No muscle.
My family doctor even fired me for gaining so much fat and still being so skinny in the upper body.He says to start dieting.(BTW i wont listen to him)
I have been working out 4 times a week for 45-60 minutes each session.
Due to lack of results I am thinking of working out 2 hrs per session,5-6 days a weak for the next three months.. Plus very high calorie diet
I have a family wedding in Jan,and I dont want to humilated by family because of my skinny muscle.
After 3 months pass I will continue with 3 week workout for 45 minutes per session.
I have never cycled but have used the following orals:
1)Proviron 30 (25 mg) tablets over a course of 10 days:6 months back
2)Danazol 30 tablets over a course of 10 days(for gyno):1 year back
3)Tamoxifen 30 (25 mg) tablets over a course of 10 days(for gyno):1 year back
4)Letrozole 20 (5 mg) tablets over a course of 30-40 days(for Gyno):1.5 years back
5)stanzolol: 30 tablets(2mg) over course of 10 days(Extremely dumb I know):1.5 years back
So will 3 months of Really Intense pure NATTY training along with high calorie diet,damage my liver,Kidneys considering My heavy use of Oral steroids,SERM and AI(as mentioned above) in the past??
Also I suffer from Partial androgen insensitivity syndrome
I dont want to end up with dialysis because of working out to much,but at the same time desperate to Natty Bulk up
