Our accountant had a minor surgery last week and is unable to work as before, that's why the delay is happening.That response is pretty much shows the forum my experience is accurate. You’ve avoided all every point I have raised. You couldn’t even provide an answer for the forum to see as to why your accounts team were so quick to confirm a payment but takes almost a week to process a refund. Can you provide the forum an explanation? Please provide updates here rather than messages, if you are truely working hard you should have nothing to hide and would be comfortable sharing updates here. You’ve said “trust me” numerous times, so please show the forum you can be trusted by providing updates here that way everyone can see how you conduct business
