some people honestly go this route. I dont remember but it seemed like you get 1/4 inch per break. Maybe half but i think it was a quarter inch. Dont remember but desperate people go to desperate measures. Kinda like u figuring out a video lmao i will go bump it up

there is a radical sugery that can be preformed to increase hieght. its done it 2 stages of your legs. upper (femor) lower ( i mess these up, tibia and fibula?) in which they are broken and streched mm by mm each day. its painful, long, dangerous, but you can get several inches. i read a bit on it, then i saw it on ripley's. someone should do it and let the board know if its worth it.
