HI ev eryone,
I'm new to this site and thought I would introduce myself. I am 31 years old, been training off and on since I was 14. Played football all my life (which was the grounding motivation for weight training) until I suffered a serious injury my senior year of high school, which compromised my scholarships unfortunately. I stopped playing football and lifting for a few years, then took it back up about 3 years ago, and have been lifting consistently for the last 2 years I would say. Never used steroids before, but that is something I would like to explore in the near future as well so I can take my physique to the next level. I am 6 foot 1, currently 235 pounds (in the process of cutting bf, lost 10 pounds in the last 3 weeks). I don't do 1 rep max because I don't want to risk injury and I don't compete, do no point for me. 3 rep for bench is 275, 3 rep for squat is 455, 3 rep for deadlift is 455 also. My goal is to diet down to 210 and then build from there. Anyways, hopefully I can learn a lot from you all and perhaps I can even chime in with some info myself from time to time. Thanks!
