I’m a 19 year old guy from Spain, trying to know more about this whole thing. Although I’ve been going to the gym for a while now, my interest and curiosity resides more acutely somewhere else:

Height and frame growth

my growth plates are still open but I’m just 5’7” or 171 cm so the time is now to avoid E2 and promote IGF-1, so far I’ve tried doing so to the extent that the “natty” way allows you to do so. Learning a lot through the process about all the growth pathways and biological processes. Anyway, I just know that it won’t be enough, so CJC-1295, Ipamorelin and aromatase inhibitors are my main focus and since I’m new to all of this, all the practical advice’d be very helpful.

Enough for what? I'm tall as fuck and about half the time I wish I wasn't. You see my height as ez-mode in a few ways, but I see your height as ez-mode in several ways too. I understand the societal pressure you're feeling, and I get that you're in a hurry at 19. There is a wealth of knowledge here, and while I'm not sure you're going to find exactly what you want to hear, I wish you luck in hearing the good advice when it does appear.
 
Man there's plenty to read here on why you shouldn't be messing with your system at such a young age.

You're not going to get taller and in the off chance you get lucky like Dennis Rodman you're going to be wasting a lot of money and permanently damage your body.

Accept your not going to be 6 foot tall and move on with your life.

Probably we differ on the “tall as fuck” part, I understand how it can impair a few things if you’re too tall but for what I consider important (dating, jobs, socialising..) being somewhat taller than me (5’7”) is useful. And it’s basically impossible that I’m getting over 6’3, which is at the edge of what I consider ideal, for instance.

I’m discarding aromatase inhibitors, told my endocrinologist that I was going to get either anastrozol or letrozol just because it is what he knows so that he could give me follow up citations. He doesn’t have experience with these peptides but he does with HGH. The alternative would be L-carnitine to be as lean as possible and prevent aromatisation in fat tissue, this is something I thought about, and I know that it also happens on the balls and the glands over the kidneys (I don’t know that word in English) but it would be useful to delay it without crushing my estrogen which is useful for other things and less dangerous.

Thanks, it’s more about how to cycle Mod GRF (not CJC-1295) with ipamoreline. So far I know the daily dosage but don’t know for how long I can do it. And, if I need to, how to monitor the risk of diabetes, when to know to stop, etc

You gotta change your focus and priorites, bro. Delete Faceberg, Xitter, and TikTok, and limit your time on screens. Decide on a career path and set goals to get there. Stop worrying about "triple 6 only" Instagram roasties. Stop looking for shortcuts and put the work in. Go to the gym every day, especially on the days you don't want to.
If you do this and don't have a wifeable, catless, debt-free girlfriend and a small group of solid bros by your mid20s I'll eat my fucking hat.

For my career I’m back on studying medicine this year after taking a gap year

For my physique I’m going to the gym because it’s also good for height growth, although I rest every other day and do 10mins of cardio before every training which I assume that it doesn’t raise the cortisol level enough to be harmful for height

Socializing / Dating is not so important to me at the moment, I’m naturally introverted and don’t know what can I get besides intimacy from women and boring low reward companionship from most guys because I don’t like talking about soccer or motorbikes or drinking or most music. The thing is that I know that height is important for this, statistically talking there are way better dating options and you’re both considered a leader way faster and given the opportunity to do so too

Just jerk off and get it out of the way if you need to, so you can get some actual important shit done the rest of the day.
Height is important
It's only as important as you make it. Stop obsessing.

I really don’t think that I’d be in danger by taking that stack. I just need to know how to do it, if there are people who tried what I’m talking about or relevant threads it’d be nice since I’m not used to the forum format.

Furthermore I’ll take all the means at my disposal to prevent anything bad from happening while doing so
