Hello everyone!

I have come on this forum quite a few times searching for info. I am also apart of another bodybuilding forum some will recognize my name and the things I shared over there. But I’m excited to be expected here and be a registered member now. With that being said i have a little knowledge and experience under my belt so i look forward to contributing my point of view and share my bodybuilding journey with you all.

Little back ground on myself I was competitive MMA fighter for few years with some strength training on side. The club I was fighting out of eventually went out of business and I continued strength training with some private lessons on the side which eventually faded and I took onto bodybuilding. I have now been bodybuilding "seriously" for five years reason I say seriously because in the beginning I was strict to my diet and training during the week and the weekends... well they were an absolute free for all, it didn’t take me long to figure out that the progress I made during the week was easily ruined by the weekend shenanigans. I gave up the party scene for the results in the gym and after some time took a stab at a regional level bodybuilding show where I ended up taking the Southern Alberta Light Heavyweight title.

I look to continue to climb the ladder in the competitive Bodybuilding scene. I am currently taking some time to build a quality physique and watch how the new CPA plays out. My plan is to get back on stage in 2020 or late 2019 if all things play out accordingly.

Current Stats:

25 years old

5 10"

240lbs lean

I am here to continue to learn about the sport, grow together as a community and I wish everyone the utmost success.

Thanks Guys!
