Been lurking on here for a few months now, but ive decided to just sign up and increase my knowledge about aas and training in general. Im 22, Ive been training for nearly 2 years now. I was previously a 9 stone rake but now im a 13/14 stoner 
all natural so far but looking to take it to the next level soon. 
Hopefully i will learn alot while im here as this seems like an honest bunch of people who definatley know there stuff!
