Hello everyone!

Hey! Hope everyone's having a great start to the week so far.
I've been lurking these forums for awhile and thought I'd sign up and join. It's been a great learning experience so far. Hoping to learn more as I go, especially being a female who's used PH's. I want to educate and help other women better understand AAS/PHs by guinea pigging myself to them.

My experience thus far with PHs are as follows.
A horrendous first, 4 wk cycle of Winny/DMZ
And two Epi cycles (5-6wks).

Gained lots of unwanted weight in the last three months, I was eating in too much of a surplus to gain after being stuck at 140 lbs for months prior. (Read as: I'm a fatty and couldn't resist home cooked meals... Sigh, my meals could be cleaner.)
Hopefully by staying on this forum will help me stay accountable and the goals I set for myself.

Anyways, a bit of info.

- 24 y/o female, 5'3 and 165-170 lbs with 24%bf. Hoping to get down to the 12-15%bf range by end of September.

Bench 135x5
Squat 205x5
Deadlift 190x5

Hope to hear from you all soon! :)

I've noticed that too, female users are few and very far in between, but the logs that I've seen are very detailed and they've been a big help in providing useful information. Everyone is different so I can only hope to be as insightful/helpful as those who have gone before me haha.

Hello,

Would like to say there is a lot of information for you here that many other sites just will not cater to females for whatever reason (again Im old school so things may have changed about some of the other sites lol)... Now that Im back home from deployment I can now focus on helping others, not just military lol... Well I hope I can anyway... A lot of females fear supplements or gear because they think its all made for males and this isn't the case... I remember a lot of women using a lot of gear and not looking and talking like men... But of course I do remember some that sounded more like a man then myself lol... You just have to ask questions and do research and I promise you will find what your looking for...

The meat and gravy, sort of speaking, is with working out... Its not about aerobics anymore (for women) like it use to be... Now we have so much research backed types of resistance training that contradicts a lot of old school methods that we grew up with...

I understand why you want to "clean up your food intake" however its actually better you eat home cooked meals then the fast food joints that are leading us to one of the most obese countries in the world, if we are not already there... You already have the right idea you just need to do as you say and do a nip and tuck to your diet and continue working out and keeping your heart rate up during times of exercise and you will start seeing the fat melt off... You need to remember that body fat levels are going to be higher in females and that health isn't the bone skinny or even shredded to the core look that the mags sometimes want us to believe...

Welcome to meso! Don't feed the animals. :D
But what if I'm an animal? :3

Thank you all for the warm welcome. It's been quite a ride just going through all the threads and reading everyone's posts. I wanna contribute, but I'm such a novice in this world. I'll earn my stripes soon enough. :)
