Hello everyone

Hi, excited to be here and learn more about resistance training and pharmacology. I'm 47 years old, been lifting weights on and off since I was 14 mixed in with periods of just doing sports and a sedentary period in my 30s working too much. I've done 4 cycles over the decades, and I've been on TRT for 4 years at around 100mg enanthate or cypionate a week. My last cycle was 2 years ago and probably going to do one again starting in March. Nice to meet you all
