Hi from Canada,

I’ve just found that’s it’s been over 3 months now that I’ve created my account and didn’t introduce myself, my apologize.

I was to deep in reading all that stuff here and forgot to say Hello to everyone.

I’m 31 y/o
180lbs
approx. 12-15% fat

I started weightlifting in 2011 when I was first mis-diagnose with Type 2 diabete.

Started to watch my diet, get in shape and do the best I could.

First 2 year went couple month in gym, then couple months off.

Then in the last 3 year I didn’t really stop more than a couple weeks for vacancy. Hitting the gym 3-5 times per week

During this time got some muscle gain and lean down at the beginning and then mostly lost all what I’ve gain. (From 185 to 165)

Finally in January 2016 they found I was a Type 1. Took approx.. 6 month to bring me back to 175-180 and then hit a plateau.

Always hard to loose fat and gain muscle with a nice diet and gym schedule barely move couple pound during a full year using different diet and workout

Go see doc found I’m on Low T side (between 372-412 ng/dl) and with hypothyroidsim symptom
Not enough for script so I’m learning by myself

Trying to learn as much as I can before attempting anything.
I’m mostly want to learn about TRT first, then we’ll see where it will bring me.

When I’ll do any move, I’ll start a log to help other Type 1 using Test the best I’ll could.

Trying to get fit and strong.

Have a nice day.
btw sorry for my English I’m a French Canadian.

Go get tested again get drunk the night before pound something sugary before blood test that should put your T levels lower than a women's lol

We have reached our quota of Canadians at this time. We will need to have some leave before we can accept any new Canadians.

JK Welcome brother.

thx all And it's a pleasure to be here with you

@ Munky : going to see the endo on feb28 so i'm gonna wait and see what she'll do and then if i need low T level to get script i'm gonna start self trt and then stop it a month before getting new blood test done, if she don't want to coperate as much as i hope.
