Hey guys. I am new here to Meso.
This is quite a large form and I have heard about it here and the but would just stick to the same ‘ole
spots. I am 53 and I am at the end of a pretty good cut or more like general weight loss at this point. I am starting out here pretty fresh again as I have been off of any real cycle for a long time.
I have been on TRT for the better part of 13 years.
I had a pretty good shoulder injury a bit over a year ago and then ACL tear a few months after that.
I had the knee surgery and all went well and now the shoulder comes next in January. When the injuries occurred I really went downhill and did zero kind of diet and gained some lbs. I used Glp-1 to get back to a better base weight but did loose quite a bit of strength and muscle in the process.
I started macro which I never have done in my life. It is so easy to track with all there appps now. I am starting to recomp more now that the weight is gone and looking build back better and most likely do some type of more moderate type of cycling
due to age. It always helps to have the wisdom and support of a community to learn from so thanks and nice to be aboard!
