Hello brand new here. Looking to expand my knowledge and become more comfortable in the space. Currently on a weight loss journey with tirz. I've dropped 90lbs 3 separate times in my life but that was through unsustainable diets not exercise and lifestyle changes. I tested low 300's 3 years ago but my insurance won't pay for trt unless it's below 300. Goin for another test later this month and wanna start getting my ducks in a row incase I hit the same fate of insurance not paying. I'll definitely try and seek out info before posting questions but hang with me this is all new to me.

No reason to chase a testosterone script until you have lost weight

Get down to 10-12% bodyfat before you start.

Also 300 total T is not deficient. I had about that most of my adult life and I was a very strong natty up to early 30s before I got hurt. Not discouraging TRT or anything, just saying, its not the be all end all for body building. Diet and exercise are 10x more important. You can bench 345 for sets of 8 even with that amount of T. Its just persistance and time.

From what I have read on here and posts on other forums, I am not sure I would ever trust a TRT clinic anyway even if it were free. I trust my own process more than I trust someone who just sees me at a walking wallet.
