I'm 33, must have did bday wrong. 5'8 at 160 w 6-8% bf. Like to be back at 170. Goals are life improvement. I believe way early pro hormone use lowered my natty test which is way low for my age(blood work).

Been lifting for 20 years, used to be 5'8" and 95 lbs! Lost weight over the last year due to first child.
