What's up guys? Been lurking here for a month or two. I have to say, the community you guys have built here really impresses me. There really is no where else like it on the web. I really value the dissemination of real information, and the proper vetting of sources. This is a truly valuable harm reduction resource in a sea of bad information and crap broscience. A lot of other boards definitely have some shady shit going on. . .

Anyway, some stats:
27yr old, 5'10", 195lb, probably 15- 18%bf.

Lifted quite seriously from 16 until about 21, then life started getting in the way more and more. Everything really went to hell when my son was born. In a good way actually, but not for my waistline, lol. Went the past few years doing nothing but beer can curls and fridge sprints for training. I really let my self blow up the past few years, and woke up a few months ago to find my self a 245lb alcoholic mess However, have gotten my family life, and especially my crazy work life to a much better place lately, and fitness has become a big priority again.

Am still technically on the fence about running my first cycle, as I still have a few more months of reading to so until I am ready. I am requiring my self to reach other fitness goals first. Current goal is to get back down to the old fighting weight at 175, probably around 10%bf with my current muscle tone. Natural ectomorph, and easy gainer in general. Always used to hate dieting, but some life events last year really broke all of my bad food habits and addictions, and I am finding my self eating very clean naturally now, without feeling tortured like I used to. So I kind of feel like I am in a better position than I have ever been to really excel at this.

I'll be getting initial bloodwork done on Thursday. Have tested very low on natural testosterone twice now in my life, but nothing ever to be done about it due to it still being a safe range, and my younger age. If I come back really low again then it will definitely be the deciding factor on exogenous administration.

Anyway, thank all of you for your awesome contributions to this place! You are all really inspiring, and I am really looking forward to the continued learning and participation with this community!

Sam.
