Hello Meso community,

I am a 41-year-old male and recently relocated from Europe, currently living in the States. Lifting weights since my teenage age, with occasional short breaks. The longest one occurred 2013 due the relocation when I had to make pause almost 2 years. I know, there are no excuses in this sport, but it was necessary to work hard to get all new shit cleaned up. I am training past year and a half, but having an issue to get back toward my body shape. It is just not the same like before the break, as my shoulders and rotators torturing me. I used some PED in the, and especially now when I am getting obstacles, in the sense of painful shoulders, I consider to do a couple of shorter 3-4 weeks cycles.
Secondly, I have never had the competitive ambitions, but who knows if the health serves me as well, maybe one day I will.
Thirdly, my goal is to get 5-10 lbs of muscles in next 6 months. Currently, I weight 175lbs, with 5`8" in height. Little extra fat on the body, but it comes handy for making muscles.
As the forth, I would like to say that this is a great forum to read and learn, which is my current level of involvement on the forum. Currently, I do not have much time, to respond to some threads, but I will here.
Cheers, Meso

Welcome bro. You want to run 3-4 week cycles? No you don't want to do that. We will help you.
I read a lot of material regarding short cycles. Why?
1.Like I said: I do not compete, and do not to be buffy and bulky,
2.My lifestyle won't allow me more than 3-4 weeks the required discipline which takes some longer cycles,
3.Also, by what I read, it does not impair test in huge drops.
Bill Roberts and Nelson Montana recommend bc after 2-3 weeks T is still in the acceptable values. I just read the study, never follow. This study seems ok. Cheers!

Good luck in the real world. If you are not looking for buff or gains, you are on the right track. :)
