Long time lurker finally decided to sign up and get into the conversation... A little about myself, I'm 28 years old.. I've been lifting since 15 years old on and been boxing since 13. I am having my first child, a baby boy, in September. I am 5 '8 weigh 194lbs at 13-14% BF. I had low T, an average of 320 between a few tests, then I got on TRT 200 mg Test Cyp per week. Now I'm doing my first weight lifting cycle at 550 mg Test Cyp per week. Also taking HCG and Arimidex.... Training schedule is as follows:
Day 1: Biceps
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Triceps
Day 4: Shoulders
Day 5: Cadio no lifting
Day 6: Chest/Back
Day 7: Cardio no lifting
I eat 6 times a day literally chicken, steak and fish with some brocolli and green veggies mixed in,
I came here to learn more, make friends with like minded interests and waste some time when I'm bored at work.
