Hello everyone my name is red I'm male 29 going on 30, my stats are

I've been doing nothing but dieting and cardio routines, etc to cut bf so I don't have any max numbers to share at this time
Some info about me. I've suffered from gynecomastia for about 20 years as a side effects of medical treatments I required as a child into my teens. I've always tried to work out basically the entire time, diet, etc to get rid of them. Even when I was at my best and had almost no BF it was all in my breasts (think meatloaf in fightclub bUT 140lbs). So now that I'm here and see a wealth of knowledge I'm hoping through proper diet and technique I can finally beat this beast. And if required get to the point I would benefit from a cycle that could help me get rid of this. This last time I let myself go has seemed to be the difference I got super fat (84lbs over current all fat) and now seems they are losing in proportion with the rest of my fat. But feel I'm plateauing and going back to no gains where I want it (no breasts please). So i plan to continue doing lots of searching and reading but wanted to introduce myself to everyone. I'd like to add not here for anything but the wealth of knowledge the community has to offer on all matters under meso. I can't say I won't make a rookie mistake, but I'll try not. But i will always search before posting
