I have done a few cycles (about five I think) back in my mid 20's. Then I had shoulder and knee surgery lost all gains, got hooked on the pain meds, added some alcohol, and 10yrs went by in a flash!! Haven't had a drink in 5yrs (not really my thing) pills (my thing) in 2yrs.
Been hitting the gym hard for the last 14 months. Diet is good, mostly chicken, eggs, rice, oatmeal, natural pb and greens. Still not where I like to be physically or mentally. But, I think some test and tren could get me there !!
