Hi everybody! Im new to the forum world, so far this is the first and only forum ive joined, a little about myself...

213 lbs
played a little football defensive tackle throughout highschool (varsity from sophmore-seinior yr)
Dreadnaughts ftw!
been lifting off and on for 7 years with the last 3 years being consecutive.
as for now I just work, lift, and chill.. I also do alot of home projects (inherited 7 beautiful acres in the central fl backwoods from the best father a guy could ask for)
I lift 5 days a week along with a pretty physical day job which I love/hate (im an order selector for a grocery distributor)
my diet and training techniques change every month or two but im constantly learning teqniques that do and dont work (for me individualy)
been natural but ive made an order and im dipping my toes into the "chemicaly enhanced waters"
would love to make afew friends and what not... That being said how is everybody doing!?
