Former professional athlete (mostly in the minors so you probably haven't heard of me). Looking to get big and ripped now that I am retired and don't have to focus so much on performance.

Welcome dude. We're all here to grow don't be embarrassed by your bench... It will get better. And I agree 7 percent at 245 and 6'6" you're already there

Im most interested in trying anavar for a start. Just filtering through information and source recommendations at the moment. Will start a thread once I get more complete info
 
Men should not run anything without testosterone. Var only will hurt you more than it would help in the long run.
