I am Talukdar. I am new in this forum. I am a man with 180 pounds weight. I am looking for useful tips to reduce my weight. I hope i will be able to get some useful tips from the members of this forum.

1. Diet is key to reduce weight
2. Weight training IMO will change your body faster than cardio
3. Cardio raises your metabolism, aids in 1 and 2
