So what's the proper protocol for testing hgh via bloodwork? Get baseline numbers. Inject 10iu. Get gh serum numbers and igf1? Or is there another way? Say I were to take 2to4iu a day, how long before it'll effect igf1?

I just don't think assays will be available anytime soon

2 weeks for igf-1, I wouldnt do the serum test from what I've read it isn't very helpful.

Serum test is a good place to start if it comes back good then igf if you have a score of 5 or something on serum no use in igf I think assays will be available sooner than expected but until then if your iffy you can always do the jins or Ansomone

I was always leaning towards those. But unless you can prove jins are superior to russian/Ukraine version, I can't justify paying $100 more than I can find those for.

If you do end up doing serum test I believe the protocol is 10iu im in delt 4 hours prior to blood draw. I think I remember reading something by @mands about skipping serum and going for igf-1. I could be mistaken though. Im still learning myself.
