I really like what you are doing..but i'm going to give you a tad bit of criticism before you fall into having issues. As this is only the last couple days I don't think it is normal for you but I see you getting lost in the future the way you are pushing your products.
This is the 2nd time i've emailed you asking simple questions that I have not had a response. The first was driven from things you posted on here that got confusing.
Lots of us don't want to advertise we have an order waiting or want to come onto the forum posting package should clear.
I think you would be better to move away from discussing shipments on your thread for people. Saying please PM me, please email me. And avoid saying, just shipped, should arrive tomorrow etc etc.
I mean we want the right things said, but I think limiting the information posted on here would be a smart move.
You have a good presence on the forum but your email should be the #1 way to contact you and should have the most attention always.
And when a customer sees you posting on the forum, when they have a pending email with you not getting a response. It looks honestly bad.
Please have a look at my last email, and I hope you take a look at how this thread is growing and look at what you are and aren't posting. I think everyone is somewhat excited for what you bring but to enjoy it in the long run we all should watch what we are posting when it comes to TA and clearing.
