Hello from Hamilton,ON. I hope everyone is having a good day.

I am new here but have been working out for a while. Nothing serious but enough to keep the doctor away. I have recently experimented with homebrewing my own gear and hopefully I can get some insight from the pro's.

Age: 42
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 180 lbs
BF%: probably 15-20%
 
Hey Big Paul you are 100% right. I try to keep my routines simple and do a lot of compound lifts. I am training consistently lately and thinking because of my age and experience I can start with just good old test E after 3 months. I don't have the strength and recovery like I use to.




Get into serious lifting before you use PED's and start fucking with your HPTA.

The problem is training. If you are doing "nothing serious", you will not see much in the way in gains.

Trt may be a solution. I know what getting older feels like. Have you had blood work to see if you are low.
