A little story..found out I was low on t after all these years. I'm in my 50's and was always the little guy, until I started dc training. He taught me about food being the true equalizer. It wasn't until I learned about food could i break the 200 lb barrier and then some lol. Did it naturally without even trt.
Was always concerned about the "dangers" of steroids as was pumped into the media all the time. Once I started trt, I realized that at least as far as t is concerned..it actually gives you a feeling of well being. Of course along with actually getting well from being too low in the first place. I have no idea why it is crucified and used for the blame game. I also believe that it doesn't make someone an a'hole unless they already are one, lol. I know I may come off in some threads like I'm against people using it, but it's only for the sake of younger people who really don't need it. Their hormones should push them far along if they increase their food and maybe try increasing their lifts. Safely of course. I'm not saying people should wait until they are old like me, but at least try and gain some weight through food first. Try not to think of steroids as some magical jelly beans that once you start using them, you will explode with bruce banner's alter ego lol.
I know that if you aren't putting the fork to your mouth as often as you can that you'll have a harder time trying to grow!
This story ends with the character finally deciding to give a cycle a go, to only fail because he got it from another place that a few of you warned us about lol. If only he had read some of these threads here, before deciding on making that first step. Alas..I am not alone, sad to say.
