Hello people.

First of all, I am very glad to be here and I am looking forward to spend a lot of my time on this forum. I have already got a lot of useful and good information from you guys and then decided to make myself an account.

I am 19 years old and I have been lifting for about three and half years. I used to play football (soccer or whatever you guys will call it) and played on a very high level before I got kicked out of the team after having an incident with the head coach. I was ful of anger and hate after this and then decided to make this sport to my first priority in my life. I am and probably will for some time be among the amateurs on this forum when it comes to this topic but I guess we all are here to share useful information and experience with eachother.

Nonetheless, enough about myself and now for the more important part of my post.

I am currently still a natural bodybuilder an I am here to gain more knowledge and understanding about this topic. I think it is very important to one especially like me to know what exactly these drugs do and if I do choose to use them, how to do it safely and in the correct way.

I have a lot of friends who in the last few months started on drugs and since then I have been researching more and more about it and found it very interesting and most important of all exiting.

I hope that I in the future will be able to share my own experience and help some people out like you guys. Thanks in advance for sharing all the useful information and happy new year to all of you.

Finally, I have some grammar mistakes and hopefully it will improve more over time - peace from someone living in Europe.

Welcome to meso bro. So your 19 huh? You are probably gonna get this a lot so I'm just going to go ahead an say it. You should wait until your around 25 or so to begin use. I don't think your TT levels even start dropping until your older than 25. That's why im saying to train natural. Their is no need for aas at your age bro. I'm not trying to be a smart ass I'm just saying train naturally. Learn what works for you in the gym. Learn proper lifting techniques, reps, sets an so on. Experience is a great teacher. Learn how, what, an when to eat. This will be a very important building block. The timing of your meals is also crucial an will play a vital role in BB. Remember REAL FOOD is the way to go. Lots of PROTEIN. Get 2 grams of protein for every 1lb that you weigh. Don't rely on protein powders for most of your intake. They should just be used on top of what you are already getting from your food supply. It may take some time but this is the proper way to go about it brother. Train natty. You can study all you want but the fact is you should really refrain from aas use at your age bro. Getting to your genetic potential first is what you should be working an focusing on. Then if you so choose you can think about using. You have the rest of your life to juice if you so choose to but at 19 you already have all the test needed in your body to build a great foundation for muscle. Just think about it bro an never rush perfection. You have a lot of years still ahead of you. Make the most of them an do it the right way. Peace out brother an good luck to you. I hope that you achieve every goal that you intend to in life!;)

Nice intro Brother. Your grammar is better than many Americans I know... So don't worry about it. I have to agree with @Skull about the age to start, but kudos for starting research and learning now. Welcome brother and glad you are here!

Welcome to Meso! I concur with the above posts. Wish you great success and stay around. Learn, ask questions and get fully informed and prepared for when you do take the plunge.

Welcome brother! 19 may be too young for AAS but its not too young to read, learn and train.

Big Mike

welcome brother , all the info above is good...read and learn, train and eat and stay away from AAS until your 25 so you can actually get a feel for your genetic potential....
