Hi there, I'm new to the forum. I've researched steroid cycles on and off for a few years now but being a student and barely being able to afford a proper nutrition for anabolism, I took up running to replace weight training as I prefer to live a healthy lifestyle over being a couch potato. Obviously I lost a few stone in weight during the time at University including a load of muscle and it has set back by body building right to the beginning. I have never taken steroids but I am considering it now that I have lost most of my gains, I know quite a bit about nutrition, steroids and proper pct but I will admit that I would like to improve my knowledge before considering putting anything dangerous in my body. I am here to learn more and take your advice. I don't have any aspirations to go beyond my natural limit, would boosting with steroids up to my natural limit and then coming off with a proper pct be worth it in your opinion? I am so many years behind and it gets me down, all those prior years wasted!

Welcome to meso. You will be able to learn more than you ever imagined here.

As far as your main question at the end. I would work towards getting back into it for a while and gaining back the lost mass natural and working on diet and training until that's solid. It comes back easier if you've had it.

You wouldn't really be hitting your natural limit using PEDs ;)

Yeah, I am hoping that I have retained some muscle memory to make it easier to build it back up when I hit the weights again, if so then steroids could be a waste if I am going to build 'newbie gains' again anyway. I'll start off with compound exercises again and boost up my calories for a year, maybe more and then see how I do naturally. I'm planning on staying around in this forum and expand my knowledge whilst I undertake my transformation. I'm thinking whether I could put my camera to use and document my transformation process during this year on youtube or something.

That would be the best plan. The closer you are to your natural limits better off you are. Get a good diet and training routine down first and foremost.

If you have any questions along the way just ask. Lot of very knowledgeable guys around here.
